Investigates the factors influencing the adoption of healthy diets in 5 African cities.
Abstract
This study investigates the factors influencing the adoption of healthy diets in 5 African cities (Bukavu in DRC, Freetown in Sierra Leone, Kampala in Uganda, Lilongwe in Malawi and Nairobi in Kenya). It explores the engagement of policymakers, consumers, private actors and further stakeholders in food and health systems.
