A series of events for local government to support the delivery of housing-led developments and regeneration. Developed by Homes England, with contributions from a range of government, public and private sector partners.
Our Local Government Capacity Centre has set up a Summer Learning Programme to support local and combined authorities and partners and help develop high quality homes and communities.
Summer Learning Programme schedule
Local government officers and other partners can learn more about these free knowledge-sharing sessions from 1 to 12 July 2024, and book their places by the registration deadline of Friday 21 June 2024.
Homes England will apply for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation for attendees.
Meeting the key challenges in delivering mandatory biodiversity net gain
Explore key challenges and opportunities addressing new mandatory biodiversity net gain requirements, with relevant case studies. Review local authority experiences, key issues assessing planning applications and Biodiversity Gain Plans, and practical approaches to address these.
