Details

Form ITC 1 must be completed to inform the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) of any seed entering England and Wales. This applies to seed which weighs over 2kg.

Form ITC 2 is a consent form which gives permission for the information providded on form ITC 1 to be shared with the GM Inspectorate. This consent is voluntary.
