In accordance with the PCA arbitration information publication policy the following data is released:
- the number of accepted cases by pub-owning business and dispute type
- the number of open cases by pub-owning business and dispute type
- the number of closed cases by pub-owning business, outcome, and dispute type
- the number of closed cases by duration from arbitrator appointment to termination of proceedings
