  1. The service issue identified on 30 November 2021 has been resolved.

  2. A service issue has been identified that means agents are currently unable to authorise themselves to act on behalf of their clients.

  3. Planned downtime from 11:59pm on Monday 4 October 2021 to 12:30am Tuesday 5 October 2021 has been added.
