Their annual report 2013-2014 highlights the fact the IPCC are currently going through a period of change and transition. They have established a change programme to prepare for the new IPCC, with a new organisational structure and operating model to make effective use of the additional resource provided from 2014/15, importantly starting to take on more serious and sensitive cases.
This is the third report signed off by Anne Owers and the first to include a message by Amanda Kelly, acting CEO and IPCC accounting officer.
