War Pensions uprating 2021
1. The Ministry of Defence have announced the new 2021 to 2022 War Pensions rates. The rates are set out in Annex A.
2. The annual uprating of War Pensions and allowances for 2021 to 2022 will take place from week beginning 12 April 2021. The effective date of change will be the following Monday 19 April 2021.
3. Rates for 2021 to 2022 are increasing by 0.5% in line with the September 2020 Consumer Price Index.
4. Additional information can be obtained from the Veterans UK section of GOV.UK.
5. Circular HB A1/2021 Revised provides full details of all social security benefit rates that will apply from April 2021.
