Details

This agreement aims to ensure that acts of criminality within prisons are properly addressed.

It covers crimes committed in prison by:

  • prisoners
  • staff
  • social and professional visitors
  • contractors

It applies to all prisons including contracted and Young Offender Institutions (YOIs).
