Details

The recruitment guidance documents are in two parts. They have been created to help with recruiting for social researchers within the government and Government Social Research profession. The following topics are discussed within the text:

  • quality and standards
  • diversity, fairness and legal
  • the needs of the profession
  • communications

The second part describes how these principles are applied in practice, as well as describing the competency framework and assessor training modules.
