1. Check your licence

It is your responsibility to check your licence documents before going to sea as licences can be changed at any time. The most up to date licences can be accessed on the understand your fishing vessel licence page.

The variations effective from 00:01 hours, Sunday 13th June 2021 are as follows:

Affecting Over 15m Licences of Cat A (11), Cat A Islands (12), Cat A Pelagic (17), Cat B (31) and Cat C (41)

Increase in the Western Waters Crab Effort days from 160 to 220 for the period 00:01hrs 1st January 2021 – 23:59hrs 31 December 2021

Affecting under 10m Licence Cat A (91/99)

Affecting Category A (11/99) and Category A Islands (12/99)
