The variations effective from 00:01 hours, Saturday 1 August 2020 are as follows:

2. Under 10m Amendment to Schedule

2.1 Affecting licences Cat A (91), Cat A Producer Organisation (91 PO) and Cat A Limited (94)

  • Undulate ray bycatch between 00:01 1st August and 23:59 31st December in ICES sea areas VIId and VIIe set at no more than 40kg in live weight to be retained on board or landed per fishing trip.

3. Over 10m Amendment to Schedule

3.1 Affecting licences Cat A (11), Cat A Islands (12), Cat A Pelagic (17), Cat B (31) and Cat C (41):

  • Undulate ray bycatch between 00:01 1st August and 23:59 31st December in ICES sea areas VIId and VIIe set at no more than 40kg in live weight to be retained on board or landed per fishing trip.

3.2 Affecting licences Cat A (11), Cat A Pelagic (17), Cat B (31) and Cat C (41):

  • Update to Western Waters effort - species for which you may not fish.
