The report synthesises research and analyses evaluating the introduction of the requirement for voters to show photo identification in polling stations in Great Britain, and enhanced accessibility requirements to support disabled people when voting in polling stations. Findings relate to local elections held in England and Northern Ireland in May 2023, and UK parliamentary by-elections held since then.
