We have a Commitment Statement to show how we take responsibility to meet the obligations under the Information Fair Trader Scheme and a Public Task Statement which sets out the functions carried out by the Environment Agency and are in the Environment Agency’s public task under the Re-use of Public Section Information Regulations 2005.
