Simon should consider recusing themselves from any internal board or executive level discussions within OEP regarding any ‘complaints’ related to any matter of undecided or unpublished government policy which they have knowledge of for a period of 12 months.

Simon must not share any official information to which they have access in their current role that would not otherwise be available to the OEP.

Any work or analysis Simon undertakes as a member of the OEP must be based upon data or policy which are published and freely available in the public domain. This means that unpublished or unsubstantiated data, or policy in development which has had prior knowledge of or engagement in cannot form part of the OEP’s work.
