started in June 2000, and offers a range of energy efficiency improvements to private sector households in receipt of various benefits. The primary aim of the Warm Front scheme is the alleviation of fuel poverty, although a significant secondary benefit is the reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from housing.
