This Service Level Agreement sets out the agreed roles and responsibilities between Scottish Ministers and DWP when delivering Adult Disability Payment.

  1. The agreement's dependent documents in Section 4, and fraud processes in Section 9, have been updated. In addition, "Right of Access Request" terminology has changed to "Data Subject Requests", which describes how DWP and Social Security Scotland will process data requests from citizens.
