Simon Haben
Biography
Simon joined the Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd Board in September 2019 as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Simon is an accomplished executive and non-executive with a focus on people and transformation. He enjoys strategic challenges, making a difference and has over 25 years’ experience of working with a variety of businesses in both the public and private sectors.
Simon has held a number of executive positions in both human resources and operations functions, most recently at Royal Mail, where he had a reputation for delivering transformation with innovative and game changing results in a practical, engaging and collaborative way.
In addition to his executive career, Simon has been a trustee of a Cambridge based charity and sat on the Board of United Colleges Group for 8 years before joining the NRS Board in the Autumn of 2019.
Simon recently joined the Board of Directors of Croydon Health Services NHS Trust as its Chief People Officer.
Simon is the Company Senior Independent Director, Chair of the Company’s Nominations & Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit, Risk, Ethics and Assurance Committee.
