Biography
Janet Ilett has been a Deputy Official Solicitor since September 2012 and a senior lawyer since 2006. She is currently Head of the Court of Protection: Healthcare and Welfare team.
Her previous roles include:
- Government Legal Service lawyer for the Office of the Official Solicitor (since 1993)
- partner in private practice (having qualified as a solicitor in 1985)
