Dianne Tranmer

Biography

Dianne joined the SIA in 2003 as Assistant Director of Compliance and Investigation. She worked in a number of operational roles before taking on the Director of Corporate Services role in April 2013. She was appointed as the SIA’s Director of Transformation in June 2022.

Career

Prior to joining the SIA, Dianne worked for Business Link for London overseeing the delivery of Human Resources advice to small and medium sized enterprises. Dianne also spent five years working as an Investors in People Advisor and Assessor. She then progressed into the role of HR Services Manager and led on various workforce development projects and assisted in the merger of the nine London Business Links to form Business Link for London.

Dianne joined the SIA in March 2003 as Assistant Director of Compliance & Investigation. Since then she has worked across the organisation fulfilling roles such as Acting Director of Operations and Deputy Director of Transition, before being appointed as the Director of Transition in 2012. Dianne has been responsible for implementation of the compliance strategy, the corporate services review and progressing the transitional agenda.

Education

Dianne holds an honours degree in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
