David Stout
Biography
David had a long career in the NHS, with a number of senior roles including Chief Executive of Newham Primary Care Trust, Chief Executive of Shropshire Community Health Services NHS Trust and Deputy Chief Executive of the NHS Confederation. He is currently a Trustee of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges.
