Daniel Flury

Biography

Daniel Flury has been appointed Operations Director for HMCTS in March 2024, leading nearly 17,000 people working across courts, tribunals and national services.

Daniel joined the civil service in 1999 and has held a number of operational and policy positions within HMCTS, the Legal Aid Agency and the Ministry of Justice.

As well as a HMCTS Cluster Manager, Transformation Director and Delivery Director, Daniel has also been the Programme Director of three Major Government programmes (including the HMCTS Crime Programme) and is a graduate of the Major Projects Leadership Academy. He has also been the Service Owner for Tribunals and for Crime and the Access to Justice Policy Director in MOJ
