National Clinical Impact Awards: applicant and employer webinars
ACCIA is running 2 webinar sessions in February ahead of the 2023 National Clinical Impact Awards round opening in March.
Ahead of the 2023 National Clinical Impact Awards round opening in March, the Advisory Committee on Clinical Impact Awards (ACCIA) is running 2 webinar sessions: one aimed at applicants, and one aimed at employers.
The sessions will be hosted by the ACCIA Medical Director, Professor Kevin Davies.
Applicant webinar
The applicant webinar will take place on Monday 6 February 2023, 2pm to 4pm.
It will provide an overview of the National Clinical Impact Awards process, best practice and support in writing an application. It is available to all applicants to talk them though the scheme, domain structure and scoring processes, eligibility and submission process. The webinar will consist of a presentation and point applicants to resources that they can engage with following the session.
The webinar will be held virtually with a recording available on demand following the session.
Employer webinar
The employer webinar will take place on Tuesday 14 February 2023, 2pm to 4pm.
The aim of the employer webinar is to equip employers with the tools they need to fully support their consultants throughout the application process. The webinar will provide an overview of the awards process, and clarify the role of employers in supporting applications and raising awareness, as well as allowing time for concerns or questions to be answered.
We would recommend attendance to the webinar for all employers with consultants who are eligible for the awards, whether you are completely new to the process or have experience working with ACCIA.
