Important information for visa applicants in Kazakhstan

Visa services during Nauryz public holidays

Due to the Nauryz public holidays observed across Kazakhstan between 20 – 25 March, customers may experience some delay in the courier service between visa application centres in Kazakhstan and the UKVI decision making hub in Istanbul.

Any customer paying for a priority visa service during this period will still have their application prioritised, as usual, upon receipt in Istanbul. However, UKVI is unable to guarantee the processing times for these applications.
