Ros Dunn, Independent Chair of The South Kilburn Trust said:

This exciting project significantly improves the space available for the community and doubles the amount of affordable workspace. This will enable us, and the many committed stakeholders, to deliver social value for the community and support local enterprise in a way never before envisaged.

We look forward to the imminent commencement of the redevelopment, marking an exciting milestone for everyone involved, and we look forward to the future with much optimism and excitement.
