Amendment 2 is intended to provide guidance to fishing vessel owners, employers, skippers and share fishermen on the application of the LOLER and PUWER regulations 2006.

Notice to all fishing vessel owners, fishing vessel operators, managers, manning agents and fishermen, classification societies, certifying authorities, test houses and competent persons.

This notice should be read with MGN 331 Amendment 3 and MGN 332 Amendment 3.

This notice replaces MGN 619 Amendment 1.
